Jesus has been adopted by many religions of the world.[3] Perhaps this is not so surprising, since Jesus is a towering figure in human history, and many traditions have found it necessary to accommodate him on their own terms. As Delbert Burkett observes, “Christianity has traditionally presented Jesus as the only way to the divine. As adherents of other religious traditions have encountered this claim, they have often found themselves compelled to respond. As part of their response, they have produced
